There is a mindset that must be present if you are going to take action and succeed.

And, it's simply stated as:

Most people I talk to need a bit of a mental adjustment.

I started noticing this when I began to have success in my own life. I would look at someone I was talking to and ask myself - "Why me? Why not them?"

And what I soon discovered was there was absolutely no difference between someone who has money and someone who doesn't.

Well, that's not completely true.

If someone wants more, they need to evolve to a mental operating system and a level that allows them to accomplish something new.

In other words, the only difference was inside the person's head. 

If you hang around here long enough, you are going to hear quite a few Matrix references. The movie is tailor-made for analogies having to do with mindset, mental-shifts and seeing in new ways.

There is a scene in the movie where Neo and Morpheus are on the rooftop. Morpheus looks at Neo and says - "Jump!" And, then, Morpheus precedes to jump across the buildings instinctively.

On the other hand, Neo is so in his head he can't jump. When Neo finally jumps he gives a half-hearted and flops...miserably. 

That's the thing about life. It rewards you similarly.  

The first step is for you to KNOW you can do it! Other people have done it. They have done it on a huge scale. And...

They are NO different than you.

When I talk to someone invested in investing in commercial real estate, I can tell them everything. I can tell them the WHOLE game. I can tell them front-and-back, side-to-side...EVERYTHING.

But first, we are standing on the building top. I need to convince you to jump.

And, if you convince yourself it's not for you...your done.

So before we even start, you have to believe a better life is for you!
